IMPORTANT: Voice-fy.com services require:

- Electrical power for equipment
- Compatible devices and software
- Adequate bandwidth for voice quality
Service will not function during power outages or Internet service disruptions.

- Variable call quality based on Internet connection
- Geographic and technical restrictions may apply
We strongly recommend maintaining alternative means of communication, especially for emergency situations.
3.3 Service Quality Variables
Call quality and reliability depend on factors outside our control:
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) performance
- Network congestion and bandwidth
- Your equipment and configuration
- Geographic location
- Destination network quality
We cannot guarantee specific quality levels or uninterrupted service.
3.4 Service Availability
Services may be unavailable due to:

4. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISCLOSURE (911/E911)
4.1 CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING EMERGENCY SERVICES
⚠️ WARNING: VOIP EMERGENCY SERVICES ARE NOT THE SAME AS TRADITIONAL 911 SERVICE ⚠️
YOU MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS BEFORE USING VOICE-FY.COM SERVICES:
4.2 Major Differences from Traditional 911
Power and Internet Dependency:
- Emergency calls REQUIRE working electrical power and Internet service
- During power outages, you CANNOT make emergency calls
- During Internet outages, you CANNOT make emergency calls
- Backup power (UPS/battery) may be required for emergencies
Location Information:
- Your location may NOT automatically transmit to emergency dispatchers
- You MUST verbally tell the dispatcher your exact location
- Location information depends on accuracy of your registered address
- Moving your device to a new location may result in incorrect routing
Call Completion:
- Emergency calls may fail to connect
- Calls may be delayed or experience technical difficulties
- Call routing may be incorrect
- Service outages prevent emergency calls entirely
Address Registration:
- You MUST register and maintain an accurate physical address
- Failure to update your address when relocating may send help to wrong location
- Emergency services depend on your registered address accuracy
4.3 Specific Limitations You Must Understand
- NO AUTOMATIC LOCATION: Unlike traditional 911, your physical location is not automatically detected. You must tell the dispatcher where you are.
- NO POWER = NO SERVICE: If your power goes out, you cannot call emergency services unless you have backup power for all equipment (modem, router, phone/device).
- NO INTERNET = NO SERVICE: If your Internet service is down, you cannot call emergency services.
- ROUTING MAY FAIL: Your call may not reach the correct emergency service center, may be delayed, or may fail entirely.
- MOVING DEVICES: If you take your VoIP device to a different location, emergency services will be routed to your registered address, NOT your current location.
- VOICEMAIL MAY ANSWER: In some circumstances, emergency calls may incorrectly reach voicemail systems instead of live dispatchers.
- TECHNICAL FAILURES: Equipment malfunctions, software bugs, network congestion, or service outages may prevent emergency calls.
4.4 Your Responsibilities
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Registering an accurate physical address for emergency services
- Immediately updating your address when you move or relocate devices
